Before Diamonds & Co London was born, we spent four decades perfecting our craft in the jewellery & diamond trade. Our wealth of knowledge and extensive experience has enabled us to now share with you our thoughtfully curated collections of expertly designed jewels. We are pleased to offer you a complimentary ring sizing tool so you can establish your finger size in the comfort of your own home.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend insuring your jewellery against loss, theft and accidental damage. At Diamonds and Co, we recommend Ripe Insurance to take care of all your jewellery insurance needs.

The best way to contact our dedicated customer service team is by email [email protected]. Our representatives are available Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm and Fridays 9am – 2pm

FAST DELIVERY

During Monday to Thursday, we aim to dispatch in-stock orders received by 1pm, the same day so you should receive your order the following day. Orders received Friday to Sunday or during public holidays are dispatched the following working day. Within the UK delivery is made by Royal Mail Special Delivery service and will require a signature.

GIFT READY PACKAGING

We strongly believe in the importance of presentation and at Diamonds & Co every piece of jewellery is packaged in a bespoke box and supplied with a coordinating luxury gift bag. If your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer the option of enclosing your personalized message; just remember to complete the relevant fields before checking out.
