We hope you are happy with your jewellery, but if you wish to make a return you need to do this within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure your item is eligible for return by consulting the list of return exclusions. To request a return simply follow the link below.

Once a return has been requested and approved, the process will depend on the order value:
Orders under £500: You will receive an email containing a barcode/QR code for your return. Please take this to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office, where a label will be generated once the barcode/QR code is scanned.
Orders over £500: After your return has been accepted, a complimentary Royal Mail pre-paid returns label and address label with instructions, will be posted to you. Delivery can take up to 3 working days. Once received, affix both labels clearly to your parcel, ensuring they do not overlap.
Please ensure your item is securely packed inside a sealed mailing bag. Remember to retain your proof of postage receipt for your records.
Jewellery must be returned unworn and in the same original condition in which it was received, complete with packaging, tags and certificates where relevant. A fee of £300 will be retained for each unreturned certificate.
Returns are free within the UK and Northern Ireland.

You can request your return using the link above and we will send you the shipping details. Please return the item using a shipping method of your choice, however we always recommend using a tracked service requiring a signature to ensure safe delivery back to us.

All returns must be requested through our returns portal.
Although we aren’t able to offer an exchange service you do have 30 days in which to return an unused and unwanted item for full refund and can of course place an order for an alternative item.
If you intend to return your jewellery, please do not wear it. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault. All returned jewellery must be accompanied with its original packaging and labels intact.
Please be aware that Diamonds & Co. does not allow comparative purchasing. If we suspect an order is comparative, we reserve the right to prevent shipping or refuse returns. Comparative purchasing is when multiple items are purchased with your intention of keeping one and returning the others.
If you haven’t received your return confirmation email, please contact customer service who will look into this for you.
Please allow 10 days for us to receive your return, examine it and issue your refund. The refund can then take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.
We can only issue a refund to the card the original payment was made from. If you no longer have this, we can issue you with a credit note.
